Corporate/Business Travel:

We will act as an in house agent since we know time is money. We can help maximize your time — your employees time–for maximum efficiency. Think of us as your emergency contact anytime, anywhere you are in the world. Leave the recon to us and we will advise accordingly. We will ensure all those important details are added such as mileage rewards numbers, preferred seat selection; dietary requests. We’ll keep you apprised of airline notifications, schedule changes and updates. We have an extensive network of suppliers and airlines we work with to jet you to your final destination. However remote and complex it may seem we can assist in coordinating safe time zone connections and manage your bookings for you, so you have nothing to do but board your flight on time. We can facilitate any corporate office no matter the size of your team.

Group Travel:

Have a large conference, group holiday, incentive trip or corporate retreat to organise? We can help make it happen and facilitate bookings for flights, hotel and other cumbersome arrangements. We will negotiate the contracts directly with the suppliers such as the hotel and conference facilty for you and help obtain optimal concessions. We have heaps of experience in this area.
